M.R. SITE SERVICES

 

ACHIEVES ISO 9001 : 2000

 

M.R. Site Services has achieved ISO 9001 : 2000.  The company was awarded the quality standard on 8 August, strengthening its position as one of the UK’s foremost aluminium roof welding specialists.

With the help of an external quality consultant, the company achieved the standard in just six months.  M.R. Site Services has always worked in line with quality standards and so it was a case of streamlining and adapting existing systems to meet ISO 9001 : 2000 criteria. The award has been made by one of the world’s top certification bodies, Moody International Certification Ltd.

 

 

The standard ensures that quality procedures are in place, improving efficiency across the whole of the company from sales, despatch and purchasing through to manufacturing and R & D.  It also of course covers M.R. Site Services’ on-site welding activities, setting the routines for site operators, the  equipment used, welding tolerances and the recording of data for tracking of quality.
