Site Services’ skills for the restoration and repair of damaged or leaking roofs and guttering. The company can offer one-off repairs through to full roof maintenance packages including cleaning.

The services offered are comprehensive as the company is fully conversant with all roofing systems, and able to advise on the correction of any roof design faults through to the retro-fitting of access hatches and walkways where required. The company is also able to re-paint damaged roof areas as it is an approved applicant of the PPG paint system. Roof components for repairs are available from stock and when required its factory can re-make damaged components.

M.R. Site Services’ team are all fully trained and compliant to industry standards. They are used to working at height under their own supervision and able to operate cherry pickers to carry out these essential maintenance and repair works.

One example of roof maintenance by M.R. Site Services is that for some 300 Asda stores in the north through a major building maintenance company. This contract has been on-going for several years on account of not only its expertise but also its helpful and prompt service. The work involves repairs and any modifications and roof penetrations required on all the Kalzip roofs.
